CREDIT MANAGEMENT

Once credit management policies are defined for each Account Type, credit letters are produced automatically and account status is updated. Ad hoc letters are alos available, which may be printed, faxed or e-mailed.

CREDIT CONTROLLER'S DIARY

Each credit Controller has a diary which records all outstanding actions. Entries are created in the diary when accounts reach a defined status, or other user defined criteria.All entries are carried forward until completed.
