DIRECT DELIVERY

Roundcards show details of all deliveries, highlighting special delivery instructions and changes, including delivery starts, delivery ends and holidays. Delivery agents can be easily reassigned to a differnet route either permanently or temporarily.

Customer complaints and related follow-up actions are all fully catered for. Customer payments may be by cash collection, Credit Card, Direct Debit or invoiced.
