DIARY
Each
Sales Rep is presented with a diary showing all their outstanding
actions. Open actions are carried forward until they have been completed.
Actions may be temporalily or permanently re-allocated between reps.
CANVASSING
LETTERS
Letters
are defined using MS Word templates. Mailshots are produced
automatically from contact lists for mailing, faxing or emailing,
and may be recorded in the Mailshot History file.
Ad hoc letters and faxes may also be produced. Follow-up actions
are automatically entered into the reps' diaries. Mailshot results
may also be recorded for the analysis of marketing campaign effectiveness.
