Yet another milestone towards continual excellence….IPS delivers a New Installation

In January 2002, IPS completed its first installation of an Advertisement Canvassing, Management and Invoicing, Sales Ledger and Credit Control, and Tele-Ad Canvassing System for Mersey Mirror. The customisation and turn key services were delivered to the ‘Mersey Mirror’ business model with minimum disruption to corporate activity and the system has already made its mark in enhancing efficiency at work.

IPS Concludes CVA- Ultima Networks Plc and Integrated Publishing Systems Limited as its subsidiary, fulfilled their obligations towards the Company Voluntary Arrangement with their Creditors in May 2002 and have been discharged from it.

 

 

The Group then went on to successfully gain re-listing on the London Stock Exchange and commenced trading on 20th May 2002.
