Detailed Household records can be maintaine containing comprehensive readership details, including titles read, readers clubmemberships and free-form notes.

Households are grouped into Streets and Streets are grouped into Rounds so that any type of distribution organisation can be mirrored in the database. Streets and households have an associated socio-economic coding and can be updated from external data. Tools are also provided to extend household data automatically from the street records.

Back checking lists are generated on request and the backchecker's report is input to the system to maintain a history. Complaints may also be recorded and monitored
