Each sales rep is represented with a diary showing all outstanding actions. Incomplete actions are carried forward until they have been dealt with. Actions may be temporarily or permanently reallocated between reps.

CANVASSING LETTERS

Letters are defined by a template consisting of text and embedded codes identifying the data fields to be included. The generatiion program merges the template with prospect data from a contact list. Ad hoc letters and faxes may also be produced.
