Each
sales rep is represented with a diary showing all outstanding actions.
Incomplete actions are carried forward until they have been dealt
with. Actions may be temporarily or permanently reallocated between
reps.

Letters
are defined by a template consisting of text and embedded codes
identifying the data fields to be included. The generatiion program
merges the template with prospect data from a contact list. Ad hoc
letters and faxes may also be produced.
